CONINGSBY and Tattershall Lions together with Woodhall Spa Rotary held their annual Free Fun Day at Gartree School on Saturday.
Despite erecting tents in the fog during the morning the sun came out at lunchtime for an excellent afternoon.
Children aged between two and 15 years-old attended the event and tried the various activities from welly throwing to negotiating a slalom course in a wheelchair.
All games were free and included archery, football and tennis.
Charities were invited to put up fundraising stalls and the Red Cross kindly stood in attendance.
A representative from Coningsby and Tattershall Lives First Responders also came.
All the children who participated received medals and special awards were made to those who were judged best competitor, those that put in the best effort and the best scorer in each activity.
If any of the participants left before the medal ceremony they can collect their medal from Richard Sivill Photographer's Shop in Tattershall - medals are issued in exchange for the score sheet.
