EDITOR – We want to pass on our account of seeing a strange light in the sky behind our house in the early hours of September 9.
I woke up at 2.45am and noticed a misty light near Revesby.
It was doing exactly the same as detailed in your other articles – moving side to side very fast in a zigzag motion.
I woke up my husband and he too witnessed the light. At one point
it did seem to be joined by another similar light directly beneath it
and they moved in unison from side to side.
It reminded me of when you see the lights from a plane coming through the clouds.
We couldn't see a plane or any other shape of an aircraft and the whole thing was just a misty light.
No aircraft that we have ever
seen moves that fast and in a zigzag motion.
I disagree that it could be caused
by lasers or searchlights because there was no light emanating from the ground.
We have seen searchlights from East Kirkby before and this didn't look anything like that.
We watched the light on Tuesday September 9 from 2.45am until 3.30am and when we checked again at 3.40am it had gone. Very weird.
