Developer unveils new artwork in collaboration with South Yorkshire school
The children also recently attended the official opening ceremony headed by the Mayor of Barnsley, who officially cut the ribbon at the new site when it launched earlier this year.
Having created bespoke mosaics for the bench, year five children from Hoylandswaine Primary School were invited to the development for a second time in recent months to see their artwork unveiled

Hide AdThe project was part of David Wilson Homes’ ongoing involvement with the school, which also saw pupils take part in a competition to name the development before its opening

We are very proud of the artworks they made and we’re all very happy to be able to visit the development again and see the mosaics in situ.”
