Driver airlifted to hospital after A153 crash

A DRIVER from Greetham was airlifted to Lincoln County Hospital with minor injuries after a crash on Friday afternoon.
The head on collision happened just before 4pm on the A153 Main Road at Haltham.

A 17-year old male from Woodhall Spa driving a blue Ford Fiesta and a 30-year old woman from Greetham in a blue Saab 9-3 both suffered cuts to their right hands and arms.


The man, who was taken to hospital by ambulane, was discharged after treatment and the woman, who was airlifted, was detained overnight with back pain.
