£5,000 raised for homeless with sleep out in Boston
Homeless charity Framework’s inaugural Lincolnshire Big Snore, the first big charity event the organisation has held in the county, was opened by Boston boxer Callum Johnson - the reigning Commonwealth Light-Heavyweight champion
Neil Skinner, Communications Manager for Framework, said : “It was absolutely fantastic, a really good event. For the first one we were really pleased with the response and how it went.”

Hide AdMr Skinner said people brought along their own cardboard shelters and slept overnight.
He said that while one night cannot replicate the feeling and fear of homelessness it ‘gave people a chance to reflect on what it means’.
The money will be spent helping homeless people get back on their feet, while at the same time creating space for people who find themselves out on the street.
