Boy injured outside Redlands Primary
A nine-year-old boy was taken to hospital this morning after he was knocked over by a car outside Redlands Primary School in Worksop this morning (Monday).
He was hit by a Nissan Navara, driven by a 39-year-old man, on Trent Street around 8.34am.
Police took the boy to Bassetlaw A&E where he is being treated for a suspected broken foot.
Anyone with any information on the incident is asked to call 101.
A Notts Police spokesman said: “In the run-up to Christmas we will be breathalysing anyone involved in any road traffic collisions.”
