Mablethorpe man electronically tagged after admitting assault
Gary John Phoenix, 49, of George Street in Mablethorpe, has been sentenced after he admitted assaulting a woman in Boston.
Phoenix appeared at Boston Magistrates’ Court on May 18, where he admitted the assault which took place in Boston on April 12.
He was fined £150, and given a community order which includes an electronically-monitored curfew.
He must remain at his home between 8pm and 7am every day for three months.
Phoenix was also ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a £60 victim surcharge.
