Double defeat for Spa teams

SATURDAY saw defeats for both Woodhall Spa's newly formed reserve and the newly promoted first team.

Both teams were at home with the Reserves losing 4-3 to Spalding Harriers Reserves and the first team losing 6-2 to Swineshead.

Kits this year have been sponsored by Kaybrooke Construction and Elgro Potatoes.

Both sides are taking shape with numerous players available but this week's results were a steep learning curve for them with the prospect of better things to come.
