BRENDA Bassford and Jeanne Smith topped the charts at the Horncastle Indoor Bowls bridge competition on Saturday with a score of 60 per cent.

Jill and Douglas King came second with 58 per cent ahead of Pam Dashwood and Daphne Spittlehouse who scored 55 per cent.

l Horncastle Bridge Club met at the Golf Hotel in Woodhall Spa on Wednesday September 10.

Results: 1 Cheryl Reeves and Richard Watson 61 percent, 2 Roger Shelley And Mary Milnes 58 percent, 3 Mo Parsons and Maurice Ladlow 57 percent.
